This communication provides you with important information regarding the attached list of drugs that have been recalled by their manufacturers, ETHEX Corporation and its sister company Ther-Rx Corporation. These recalls, dated January 28 and February 3, 2009, are a follow-up to a previous recall by ETHEX and Ther-Ex due to defects found in certain medications, including oversized tablets delivering higher than labeled doses.
