In collaboration with our network physicians, WellCare of Georgia (WellCare) wants to promote the importance of receiving preventive and chronic condition care with our members, as a means to achieve optimal health outcomes.  To assist you in your health promotion efforts, WellCare will soon begin to distribute lists of members in need of clinical screenings, based on current nationally recognized Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS^®) specifications. (Note that the detail to be provided is based on claims we have received at the time the report was produced.)  Upon receipt and review of this information, we ask that you and your office staff explore avenues to outreach these members and schedule the needed care.
